Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of ForgePod. Using the service means you accept them.

What ForgePod does
You describe a startup idea. ForgePod researches it against public sources, then returns a Lean Canvas, an Idea Health score, and a verdict of GO, CONDITIONAL GO, NARROW, or NO-GO, with the documents it fetched cited alongside each claim.
The analysis is generated by language models. It is an informed opinion, not professional advice, and not a prediction. It can be wrong, cite a source that has since changed, or miss something you know about your own market. Treat it as one input to your decision. Every decision you make after reading it is yours.
Your account
You sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping that sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use ForgePod.
You keep every right you already had in the ideas you submit. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not use them to train models. We store them so the service can show them back to you, and process them as described in the Privacy Policy.
What it costs
A free allowance lets you try the service. Beyond that, a pack of 10 analyses costs $19 USD. It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, and any sales tax or VAT, and Paddle is the name that appears on your card statement. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.
What you may not do
- Resell, rent, or repackage the analyses as your own product
- Automate access to the service, scrape it, or work around its usage limits
- Submit content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to submit
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it
We may suspend an account that does any of these. If we suspend an account that has unused paid analyses and the reason was not abuse, we refund the unused portion.
Availability
ForgePod is offered as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available at any particular moment. It depends on third-party model providers and public data sources, and those can be slow, rate-limited, or down. There is no uptime commitment. If an analysis fails to complete, it does not consume an analysis from your balance.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, ForgePod is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or a business decision made on the strength of an analysis. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using ForgePod at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by writing to support@forgepod.dev. We may end these terms with notice to you, and will refund any unused paid analyses if we do.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially reduces what you get, it applies to purchases made after the change, not before.
Which rules apply
The sale itself is governed by the terms of Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record. Everything else here is the agreement between you and ForgePod for use of the service.
Whatever consumer protection law applies where you live applies here too, and nothing in these terms takes it away from you. If a court finds any part of this unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Contact
